Mr. Royal Byron, AKA Mr. B, is a Board Member of the Nevada's Barber Health and Sanitation Board who founded and opened the very first Barber School in the state of Nevada. Mr. B endured a lot to get to where he is and takes great pride in the barbering industry. His knowledge and love for barbering helps him genuinely teach those wanting to learn the trade and he also has a success rate of having over 90% of his students pass the state exam on the first try. 

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Mr. B found the love of cutting hair at a very young age and was known to cut hair around the neighborhood for many years before finally deciding to attend barber school in Southern California. Mr. B has had many barber shops throughout the city and was the first one to open a combined barber shop and beauty shop here in the Valley. 

Mr. B was determined to bring the barber trade school to the state and went through a lot of trials and tribulations to get it here, but after over a decade of voicing his thoughts and taking several tests and exams, the very first barber school in Las Vegas was finally opened on August 8, 2008.

Since opening his doors he has gone on to help open another barber school, helped several individuals open barber shops and has continued to be very active within the community.
